World Fare catered our rehearsal lunch for fifty people on 10-20-23 in Auburn, CA. Lisa and Jason were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the process. They patiently answered my many questions and the process to book was as easy as a quick phone call to describe our needs, agreement on time and place and payment of invoice. On the day of, Jason and Lisa arrived promptly and were ready to distribute food by the time we arrived.
The food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I chose World Fare because their menu is varied and interesting and it did not disappoint. Our guests raved about the food and a lot of people got up to order multiple entrees and sides (best part about having a food truck cater your event). Highlights included the London Style Tri Tip, Thai Noodle Salad and Asian pork sliders. There was something for everyone, including little kids who loved the corn dogs and loaded fries. My favorite was the spicy chicken quesadilla which had a great kick to it. Food was served very quickly and made fresh. The entire lunch was smooth, stress-free and delicious and we'd definitely use World Fare again for any event catering needs.

World fare just catered our wedding at the Flower Farm and guests were raving about the food. It was delicious and they catered to some specific dietary restrictions too. Prices were more reasonable than other caterers as well. Staff was professional, kind and courteous. Highly recommend!

World Fare Catering is amazing! We hired them for our wedding reception dinner and we are so glad we did. The food was wonderful, delicious, and fit everyone's needs. It was so hard to find a caterer that could take care of our mixed group of dietary needs. We had many gluten-free, grain free, and then some vegan guests in the mix. As you can imagine, trying to feed a mixed group like this can be challenging. But they had a variety of options and the food was enjoyed by everyone.
Another thing I would like to mention is that I spoke with several caterers, and this one was the most responsive. I think that I stopped looking elsewhere at a point because their communication was so good and the food options worked well. I later heard from my wedding planner than she had worked with them in the past and had a good experience as well.
World Fare was professional, prompt, and the food was perfect. There were also leftovers, which we and some of our guests got to take home and enjoy.
We found their pricing to be reasonable and the service was great. I would certainly recommend them to anyone for event catering!

We’re so glad we hired World Fare for our wedding! Lisa and Jason were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and truly made our cocktail hour/reception a wonderful experience. We initially hired World Fare to provide our appetizers, but after tasting their food and experiencing the exceptional service they provided to us in their home for our tasting, it was very clear that we needed them as our main caterer! Jason and Lisa are very hospitable and such a joy to work with. Their staff were amazing! Everyone is very friendly and so attentive. Their bartenders made sure we had a drink in hand the whole night! 😉 Over a month has passed since our wedding and our guests are still RAVING about the food!! 20 out of 10 would definitely hire again!! Thank you so much World Fare for helping make our day so special!!

Amazing Food, Wonderful People
We had to postpone our original wedding due to COVID-19. Our original caterer went out of business during that time. This left me with no caterer just two months before our wedding. Frantic, I reached out to every caterer in the area that would service Camino, where our ceremony and reception was to be held. World Fare got back to me that same night. From the first moment, all the way up to our wedding day, Lisa and Jason were so responsive. They answered the 1000 questions I had, even the ones that felt completely ridiculous. Their food was PHENOMENAL, but their service exceeded even my wildest expectations. They provided us with appetizers, a full buffet meal, and bartenders. Their servers were fantastic, the food was amazing, the bartenders were wonderful.
As a bride, I often heard that the bride and groom don't eat on their wedding day, or get a chance to have a drink. Their servers made sure this wasn't the case and I know this was at the direction of Jason and Lisa. The bartender handed both my fiance and I drinks immediately upon finishing our ceremony (we requested that) and servers made sure to check on us constantly, providing us with appetizers, and food. When my fiance didn't want to drink anymore, the servers made sure that his glass always looked full with ice and water, so no one would bother him about it. Truly, I cannot say enough good things about this catering company. I'm so grateful they were there that day. Their professionalism, kindness, and food was 15/10.

My husband and I just got married a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of having World Fare Catering cater our wedding. They were so wonderful to work with and truly went above and beyond to make our event go smoothly. We had a backyard wedding and they made sure to guide us on important things to think about while planning and when I forgot appetizer plates that day they got it taken care of! Not to mention the food was amazing, our guests raved about the food and said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! They even saved my husband and I some appetizers and brought us plates of food so we could eat. I cannot say enough about how great the people and food is when you go with world fare! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Excellent food and service!
You cannot go wrong with this superb caterer! They are an all star team and we are getting rave reviews from all our guests. They fed over 370 guests and did so with precision and flair. Presentation was excellent and flavors outstanding! God bless you, Jason and Lisa!

He brought with him a great crew, got everything laid out on time and to plan, the food was delicious, the service was superb , everyone raved about this at the backyard wedding we had for my oldest son his bride in Arden Park. Jason did use my kitchen and my grill to make this wonder dinner and dessert and left both cleaner than I have ever gotten them. I am definitively going to use Jason's services again!”

“The entire team at World Fare Catering EXCEEDED all my expectations for a wedding caterer! If you are looking for an amazing and experienced culinary team, look no further and book with World Fare Catering- you will NOT be disappointed! Jason and Lisa were so easy to work with, had great communication skills, and made my wedding day a breeze. The food was incredible, and in the times of COVID, the entire team was very good at executing a socially distanced, and intimate wedding, and even went the extra mile to individually plate all appetizers as in a “appetizer flight”, main course, and “mini dessert flight” for every single one of my guests. We had a full sit down dinner with beverage service, and one month after the event, everyone who attended our wedding is still raving about the food. The meat and seafood were cooked perfectly, all the vegetables and sides were loaded with flavor, and complemented our wine pairings perfectly. I had my intimate wedding in our backyard, and the team used my kitchen for the event- After the event ended, the team cleaned everything thoroughly to the point that I could not even tell I had a wedding at my house. We cannot wait to host another event so we can book with World Fare Catering again.”

“We used World Fare Catering for our engagement party, and we are so glad we did! Jason's communication was immediate and filled with all the necessary information. He had the answers to all of our questions in a timely manner. Prior to the event, he met at the backyard venue to deliver the tables/chairs/wine glasses/champagne flutes and see the area that he would be working in.
On the day of the event, Jason, Lisa and Jennifer arrived early to start the preparations. They were professional and efficient, and the food was absolutely amazing! For our menu, we chose the pear salad, potato au gratin, brussel sprouts, salmon and tri tip. Our guests raved about the food and went back for more!

I could write a five paragraph essay about how wonderful our experience was working with World Fare Catering. We had a dilemma - find a Food Truck to cater a wedding at a bar, with no kitchen services, in Reno. Our daughter did not want traditional catering; she wanted a food truck! Food Trucks for weddings are hard to come by and after striking out with many attempts, I met Jason. He and Lisa rose to the challenge, worked with the criteria set by the bride and groom and developed menus that pleased the couple. Lisa and Jason were flexible, very fun to work with and they handled all of our questions, which were many, patiently and professionally. They made the drive from Sacramento to Reno and set up a great area right off the patio that our guests could easily walk up and place their entrée order. The food was expertly prepped to keep the line moving and guests happy. We heard several comments about what a fun idea a food truck was and that it matched the wedding vibe the couple had wanted. And we heard nothing but compliments about the food itself, from delicious flavor to presentation. I cannot give World Fare Catering enough kudos! Thank you, Jason & Lisa!
